In this restaurant they have been serving noodles for a lifetime, since, at the beginning of the last century, Ernesto Belletti, winemaker from Merlano, a small village a few kilometers from Montepastore, had it as a pledge from the innkeeper of that time to settle a debt . 
 The restaurant has been managed by the Belletti family for four generations now.
