Rina is Rina De Franceschi: the grandmother of Lorenzo Scandellari, the current owner of Sfoglia Rina.
Nel 1963, Rina opens a small shop for the production of fresh pasta in Casalecchio di Reno. For years, he works very hard, studies his recipes, refines his techniques and builds a good reputation. Almost 40 years later, his nephew Lorenzo inherits the art of egg pasta, asks his mother Vanda for help and begins to think about how to modernize the family business.
