The rooms of the Ca 'Nova del Tenente farmhouse are respectful of the typical charm of the residences in the Emilian countryside, atmospheres of the dawn of our village. The realization of these rooms was characterized by the reuse of the characteristic building materials of the area: terracotta floors, original load-bearing beams in the rooms on the second floor, wooden furnishings that follow the essential lines of poor art.
