Ca 'Nova del Tenente is a small village located in a splendid panoramic position on the hills of Monteveglio (center that is part of the National Association of Wine Cities) in the first Bolognese Apennines, straddling the provinces of Bologna and Modena, in the heart of the Regional Park of the Monteveglio Abbey, the smallest of the regional parks of Emilia Romagna. A landscape in which it is customary to come across some of the numerous animal species present in the area, including: roe deer, wild boars, pheasants, partridges, squirrels, porcupines and hares. The rooms of the Ca 'Nova del Tenente farmhouse are respectful of the typical charm of the residences in the Emilian countryside, atmospheres of the dawn of our village. The realization of these rooms was characterized by the reuse of the characteristic building materials of the area: terracotta floors, original load-bearing beams in the rooms on the second floor, wooden furnishings that follow the essential lines of poor art. The rooms are equipped with: air conditioning, TV, internet connection, safety boxes and, in some rooms the sofa bed allows to increase the number of guests (ideal for families and groups), bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
