Since 1934, when Amerigo and Agnese opened the Trattoria, our restaurant has always been a point of reference in the valley. The simple cuisine, made of what the courtyard, the chicken coop, the vegetable garden, the fields and the woods offer are - today as yesterday - the soul of our dishes. Over the years the passion has increased and we are now in the third generation of hosts. The increasing trust placed in us by customers, guides and the specialized press has amply paid off some sacrifices. Over the years, alongside traditional recipes, we have developed more innovative but always simple dishes, where you can grasp that subtle balance between rusticity and elegance that is the very soul of the countryside, the starting point and true essence of our cultural roots and gastronomic.
Since 2003 we have re-proposed, in a modern key, the idea of complete reception that grandparents had over seventy years ago. With five rooms we have resumed the Locanda's activity: the woods, the iron doors, the glass, the lamps, the combinations of modern and ancient design make up these rooms, different in size and decoration. Not a hotel, but our home at your disposal. The pleasure of offering our guests, in an enveloping space, with sometimes daring combinations and outside the formal rules, but always warm and comfortable, our passion for the continuous research and (re) discovery of new ideas. The rooms, located in a quiet private alley, in one of the oldest houses in the country, are equipped with large and comfortable high-quality beds and mattresses, bathrooms with tub or rain shower, TV and satellite radio, independent heating control , free Wi-Fi, small library and selection of magazines.
