Foothill area with beautiful panorama, right in front of the Pertini Center of Zola Predosa. The B&B offers two bedrooms: one with two beds (one of which foldaway) and one double. 
 The B&B is located in the same apartment where the owner lives. There is a bathroom reserved for guests (shared). 
 In the morning a varied and abundant breakfast is served. The goal of this structure is to make the guest feel at home and the owner works to make it happen.
