"Il Borgo degli Ulivi" was born from the environmentally friendly renovation of an old farmhouse, originally used as a barn, located 20 meters from the owners' home. All the works were carried out with natural materials and products, such as casein and citrus based paints. 
 It is located in a strategic position: 15 min. from Bologna airport and twenty minutes from the city center and Modena, in less than an hour you can reach Reggio Emilia, Ferrara and Ravenna and in ninety minutes Parma, Verona and Florence. We are located in the heart of the Motor Valley, half an hour from the Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati offices; Imola is 40 min. We are located five minutes from the Bologna Golf Club. 
 Here guests find an oasis of true tranquility, immersed in the relaxing view of the Bolognese hills, an ancient medieval tower and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that are particularly reminiscent of Tuscany. . 
 The structure consists of two apartments with independent entrance; Landscape (150sqm) on the first floor, with 6 + 1 beds and a living room with a fantastic view of the surrounding hills; Garden (70sqm) on the ground floor with 4 beds. Both have their own outdoor area equipped for lunch and rest. A magnificent large infinity pool with panoramic views creates an atmosphere of relaxation and coolness on the hottest days. 
 The Residence is a perfect starting point for excursions on foot, by bicycle and on horseback (riding stables at 800 meters, also for children), immersed in the splendid nature of the Bolognese hills. You can easily reach places of tourist-cultural interest along the Samoggia Valley. 
 The Borgo degli Ulivi is located on the food and wine route "Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori"; nearby as well as trattorias and restaurants where you can taste the best dishes of the famous Emilian cuisine, you can also visit wineries, cheese factories, producers of traditional Balsamic vinegar and honey, with the possibility of direct purchase of their products.
