The Ca 'Soave agritourism winery is a window on the lands of the Colli Bolognesi, a territory designed by the sun of nature and history. Come and discover the colors and delicacies of the earth combined with the magic of the stones. 
 
 The company, located in a small village nestled in the hills of the Samoggia Valley, was born in 1990 from the project of the brothers Michela, Nicola and Sara Russomanno to restructure and enhance the ancient fortified building and the farm dating back to the year 1000, creating a productive reality inserted in the territory. 
 The old vineyard has been restored and new plants have been built where DOC Colli Bolognesi wines are produced thanks to the constant commitment and new technologies respecting tradition. 
 In 1999, with the renovation of the old barn and barn, the agritourism activity began. 
 
 The restaurant 
 
 In the restaurant hall, which was obtained by renovating the old stable, and around the central fireplace, it is possible to taste traditional Emilian gastronomic dishes prepared according to the rhythm of the seasons and a little imagination. The menus are designed using the company's products, such as fruit, organic vegetables or aromatic herbs from the officinal garden, together with the typical products of the Emilian gastronomy. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the white truffle from the Bolognese hills or porcini mushrooms are enhanced by the puff pastry and homemade pasta, bread baked in a wood oven, the originality of the desserts accompanied by the DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi produced in the company cellar. 

 Food and wine events and tastings are organized in the hall and on the veranda, theme nights with typical menus, pasta courses, cooking and baking and of course parties and events for every occasion. 

 During the winter evenings, in addition to heating us, the fireplace is used for cooking some local products, such as chestnuts.

 The guesthouse allows you to stay in 4 comfortable rooms equipped with all services for a total of 11 beds.
