 The house is located in the area of the Monteveglio Abbey Regional Park, in a protected area from the point of view of flora and fauna. 
 The building stands on a small rocky ledge and overlooks, with a large terrace, the underlying badlands and vineyards where the wines of the Colli Bolognesi are produced. 
 It can be reached by taking a panoramic road and the house, which is hidden from view, appears at the bottom of a path in the middle of the woods. 
 In the property there are 120 cherry trees, whose white flowers color the landscape in the spring season, and other fruit trees, such as apricot, apple, fig, rustic. You can walk in a small avenue with olive trees. 
 In the woods around there are animals of which you will hear the voice: pheasants, nightingales, blackbirds, owls, wild boars and roe deer. 
 The B & B offers three spacious and very bright double bedrooms, with private internal bathroom and comfortable shower. 
 On the ground floor there is a kitchenette available for guests and a room for breakfast, savory or sweet, with cakes, homemade jams and other fresh local foods. 
 In the summer, it is possible to have breakfast outside on the large panoramic terrace, while in winter breakfast is served in the room on the ground floor with the fireplace lit. 
 The presence of the kitchen allows guests who prefer it to prepare their own breakfast without time constraints, using the fresh food available. Alternatively, breakfast will be prepared by the owners and served to guests. A microwave and a high chair for children are available. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, but there are large areas outside where it is possible to do so. 
 The position of the B&B guarantees absolute silence, great peace, a sea of fireflies in the first heat of the season. Stefano and Marilena live in a portion of the long house, with an independent entrance from the B&B, and are therefore available to welcome customers, provide them with information on interesting places to visit and on the paths of the Park, some of which leave directly from the house. The nearby Abbey is also within walking distance. 
 Cars can be parked in the large courtyard.
