Among the gentle hills of the Samoggia Valley, between Bologna and Modena, in a harmonious succession of vineyards and groves, ancient parish churches, towers and old mills, the small medieval village of Tintoria is the natural landing point of a tourist looking for of nature, history and flavors of the area. 
 Here, in fact, where the Samoggia stream laps the "gullies", the municipalities of Castello di Serravalle (City of Wine) and Savigno (City of Truffle) cross. It is in this context of borderlands that different customs and traditions merge and a culture of food and local products is enriched and developed. 
 
 At the center of the small medieval village of Tintoria, in an ancient rural building, completely renovated, we find the Agriturismo. 
 The structure consists of a characteristic restaurant room with large fireplace and an adjoining wine tasting room obtained in the old stable. On the upper floor there is a large hall for parties and conferences, plus a reading room and five bedrooms for overnight stays. 
 Everything is designed and built to meet the needs of our guests in the best possible way. Every detail of the house, vaulted ceilings, wooden ceilings, colonnades, terracotta floors, but above all a furnishing in true poor art style has been taken care of and finished to make the customer feel at ease. 
 
 Restaurant 
 The real strength of the farm is the restaurant, which through a cuisine faithful to local traditions, offers typical Bolognese and local dishes, with a reinterpretation of old recipes, to rediscover the tastes and flavors of the past. 
 In this it is facilitated by the cultivation of agricultural products grown directly on the farm. 
 In an ancient, warm and relaxing environment you can taste the typical products of the area and those produced directly from the farmhouse. 
 The proposed or recommended menu therefore varies from season to season depending on the availability of the products. In doing so, we try to offer dishes that are always fresh and with selected quality products. 
 
 Rooms 
 The rooms, rustic but at the same time elegant, have a view of the garden and the surrounding hills. Each includes a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the hotel.
