We are present in the airports with formats conceived, developed and managed by us. We are among the leading operators in the motorway sector; we are also present in high-traffic sites such as trade fairs, management centers and universities.
One of our greatest strengths is the ability to conceive, develop and manage innovative formats ranging from premium establishments such as Davide Oldani Caffè, Michelangelo Restaurant and Ferrari Spazio Bollicine to successful cafés such as Briciole, Illy Caffè, ChefMarket/Kitchen, Flours, Leaves – The Salad Workshop, Pastasciutta – Come a casa, Grill – Steak&Fish, PizzaChef, GranCaffè but also many specificities linked to individual contexts, such as Colosseum – Roman Porchetteria, Trulleria – Apulian restaurant.
