MyChef Ristorazione Commerciale SpA is part of Areas, the third global operator of concession catering (Airports, Highways, Railway Stations and Leisure) present in 14 countries in Europe and the USA.
We are present in the airports with formats conceived, developed and managed by us. We are among the leading operators in the motorway sector; we are also present in high-traffic sites such as trade fairs, management centers and universities.
One of our greatest strengths is the ability to conceive, develop and manage innovative formats ranging from premium establishments such as Davide Oldani Caffè, Michelangelo Restaurant and Ferrari Spazio Bollicine to successful cafés such as Briciole, Illy Caffè, ChefMarket/Kitchen, Flours, Leaves – The Salad Workshop, Pastasciutta – Come a casa, Grill – Steak&Fish, PizzaChef, GranCaffè but also many specificities linked to individual contexts, such as Colosseum – Roman Porchetteria, Trulleria – Apulian restaurant. We also develop premises with third party partners, still demonstrating great vision and excellent management skills: this is the case of the Ferrari Spazio Bollicine for the Cantine Ferrari in Fiumicino-Malpensa and Linate, the Bar Peroni for the Birra Peroni in Bari, the Caffè Milano for the Municipality of Milan and the Davide Oldani café in Malpensa.
Finally, great innovative capacity in offering customers consolidated and highly successful formats, of partners with whom we have developed franchise agreements, among these the most important are McDonald's, Rossopomodoro, Illy Caffè, Caffè Vergnano 1882, Panino Giusto, Carrefour or local like the Roman ice cream parlor of San Crispino
